Step 1 - NotesNotes: 1. If applicants choose to defer loan repayment during extended suspension period, they need not submit the Reply Form or reply SFO. 2. Loan borrower or his/her indemnifier may submit Reply Form for Choosing not to Defer Loan Repayment (Reply Form) by post, fax, email or online form. Verbal request will not be accepted. For submission by post, the postmark date on the envelope will be regarded as the date of request. For submission by fax or email, the date of receipt of the reply form by SFO will be regarded as the date of request. For online submission, the date of submission will be regarded as the date of request. 3. If paper-based Reply Form has been submitted, there is NO need to submit online Reply Form again. 4. Loan borrower or his/her indemnifier are obligated to provide the required personal particular according to the instruction of this Reply Form. SFO may not be able to process the request due to loan borrower’s or his/her indemnifier’s failure to provide such required data or required documents. 5. If there is a change in correspondence address, you are required to provide a copy of documentary evidence showing your address in the past 3 months by post, fax or email. Documentary evidence of address should be letters issued by government bureaux/departments, public organisations/utilities or commercial organisations. If necessary, you may be required to produce the documentary evidence in original.
