Pre-filled E-Form

Starting from mid-March 2024, the Student Financial Office (SFO) has been issuing a 16-digit Access Code in batches to continuing applicants. Applicants may access their Pre-filled E-Forms by authenticating using "iAM Smart", or inputting the Access Code and other information below and submit their applications after completing the Pre-filled E-Form and uploading necessary supporting documents:

Points to Note:

If Hong Kong Identity Card Number is not available, applicant is required to enter Other Identity Document Type and Number.
If applicant fails to provide the Access Code issued by the SFO (such as loss of the Access Code), applicant can click here to reset the Access Code.
For each Household Application Number, the Access Code can be reset once every 7 calendar days.
If applicant fails to log in the system for multiple times, his / her account will be temporarily suspended and he / she can only log in the system again after 24 hours.
