在一般情況下（學前學生資助除外），學生資助處（學資處）不會接受在2026年3月1日或以後遞交的2025/26學年「學生資助計劃綜合申請」，而有關2025/26學年電子表格的功能亦會於同日停止服務。屆時，申請人如有意申請2025/26學年的學前學生資助，可向各區民政事務處民政諮詢中心或學資處（長沙灣辦事處）索取紙本申請表格。
Under normal circumstances (except financial assistance for pre-primary students), the Student Finance Office (SFO) will not accept any “Household Application for Student Financial Assistance Schemes” for 2025/26 School Year submitted on or after 1 March 2026 and the E-Form services for 2025/26 School Year will be suspended starting from the same day. If an applicant wishes to apply for financial assistance for pre-primary students for 2025/26 School Year by then, he/ she may obtain paper-based application forms from the Home Affairs Enquiry Centres of District Offices or the SFO (Cheung Sha Wan office).
