Notice

1. Simplified application procedures are applicable for post-secondary students from families in receipt of the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA). Please refer to the information note for details.
2. Students with special educational needs would be provided with additional academic expenses grant. For application details and downloading Request Form:
   • Tertiary Student Finance Scheme - Publicly-funded Programmes (TSFS) applicants.
   • Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) applicants.
