Step 3 - Course Information

If you cannot find your Institution Course Code and Name in the dropdown list, please call SFO for enquiry. If you are a continuing student but the major to be taken is yet to be confirmed, you may select the corresponding institution course code and major that you intend to take in the 2026/27 academic year. If you are a new student, please ensure that you have secured an official offer from the relevant institution for the concerned course when submitting the application. Otherwise, your application may be treated as ineligible. Please inform SFO immediately if there is any change on your course information after application submission.

If you attend whole year placement in the 2025/26 academic year for the course, you are still regarded as a full-time student of the institution in the previous year.
