Step 14 - Acknowledgement and Supporting Documents Submission (Submission of documents through online upload)

Take note of the Application Reference No. and quote it in case of enquiry.

Select "Print" to download and print the application summary for record.

Select "Download" to download and print the cover letter, Declaration and checklist of supporting documents.

Select "Proceed Upload" to proceed to upload if the required documents are ready at the moment. You may also upload the documents later by selecting "Application Form(s) Submitted" at the Homepage of "SFO E-link – My Applications" before the deadline for upload.

Take note of the deadline for online upload.

Upload the duly signed Declaration and the supporting documents timely. The upload function will be suspended after the deadline. Please avoid last-minute rush due to the possible congestion of network traffic.

Take note of the requirement for online upload, especially the file types and the file upload limit.

Select the correct document type to be uploaded.

Take note of the remaining file size allowed for online upload.

Select "Save and Exit" to save the documents uploaded. The saved records will NOT be sent to SFO unless you select "Submit" after clicking the radio button under "Submit the Declaration and All Documents".

Click the radio button "Online Submission" and select "Submit" to confirm submission of the uploaded documents to SFO. The online upload function will then be suspended.

Click the radio button "By Mail or through the SFO Drop-in Boxes" and select "Submit" if you want to switch the documents submission method from online upload to by mail or through the SFO drop-in Boxes. The online upload function will then be suspended.
