Step 13 - Application Summary and Application Submission (Declaration sign with digital method)

This is the application summary. Please review carefully and ensure you have provided complete and true information.

Select "Edit" to go back the respective step to amend the information if necessary.

Click the radio button to state whether you are a bankrupt or not and select the signing method.

Select the Declaration signing method. You and your parent(s) or spouse (if you are married) / your sibling (if you submitted Simplified Version Application Form) should download the "iAM Smart" app and register an "iAM Smart+" account through Hong Kong Post to proceed with digital signing. If you and your parents / spouse / sibling do not have "iAM Smart+", you may opt to sign on paper form of Declaration instead.

Select the method of submitting the Declaration and supporting documents (either through online upload or by mail or through the SFO drop-in boxes) and select "Proceed to Signing". Once "Proceed to Signing" button is selected, no online amendments will be allowed. All subsequent amendments should be made in writing to SFO if necessary.

- Approximately equivalent to 100 black and white pages at A4 size

After selecting "Digital Signing", proceed to complete the Declaration.

Click the "Sign with iAM Smart" button.

After you have digitally signed the Declaration and selected "Confirm Signing", your application will be submitted to SFO.

If your "iAM Smart+" account is not ready at the moment, you may exit this page first and continue the signing by selecting "Retrieve Incomplete Application(s)" at the Homepage of "SFO E-link – My Applications" later.

Select "Change to Sign on Paper" if you want to change the Declaration signing method from "Digital Signing" to "Sign on Paper". Once selected, you cannot change back to digital signing.
