Step 13 - Application Summary and Application Submission (Declaration sign on paper)

This is the application summary. Please review carefully and ensure you have provided complete and true information.

Click the radio button to state whether you are a bankrupt or not and select the signing method.

Select the method of signing the Declaration. You should select "Sign on Paper" if you and your parent(s) / spouse / sibling do not have an “iAM Smart+” account. You have to download and print the Declaration in Step 14 and sign the Declaration. Then you have to submit the signed Declaration together with all other supporting documents to SFO.

Select the method of submitting the Declaration and supporting documents (either through online upload or by mail or through the SFO drop-in boxes) and select "Submit".

- Maximum 40 MB
- Approximately equivalent to 100 black and white pages at A4 size

Once the application is submitted, no online amendments will be allowed. All subsequent amendments can only be made by writing to SFO.
