Please specify any additional information for special family circumstances or substantial change in your family situation after 31.3.2026, e.g. an unmarried sibling residing with the family moved out / got married or a family member passesd away. Please provide relevant supporting documents with your application.

Please list out the documents that you are not able to submit at the moment, explain the reasons and state the expected submission date(s). However, you must take the initiative to submit them once available. Otherwise, SFO may treat them as omissions and reject the application.
