Step 7 - Acknowledgment and Supporting Documents Submission (Submission of documents through online upload)

Take note of the Application Reference No. and quote it in case of enquiry.

Select "Print" to download and print the application summary for record.

Select "Download" to download and print out the Cover Letter, "Declaration Form" and "Checklist of Supporting Documents".

Prepare the required documents according to the "Checklist of Supporting Documents".

Select "Proceed to Upload" to proceed to upload documents when the required documents are ready. You may also upload the documents by selecting "Application Form(s) Submitted" at the main page of "SFO E-link – My Applications" on or before the deadline for upload.

Upload the duly signed "Declaration Form" and supporting documents timely. The upload function will be suspended after the deadline. In view of the possible congestion of network traffic, avoid last-minute rush.

Please select the correct document type.

Please take note of the remaining file size for online upload.

Select "Save and Exit" to save the documents uploaded. The saved records will not be sent to the SFO unless you select "Submit" after clicking the radio button under "Submit the ‘Declaration Form’ and All Documents".

Click the radio button "Online Submission" and select "Submit" to confirm submission of the uploaded documents to the SFO. The online upload function will then be suspended.

Click the radio button "By Mail or through the SFO Drop-in Boxes" and select "Submit" if you want to change the document submission method. The online upload function will then be suspended.
