Step 7 - Acknowledgment and Supporting Documents Submission (Submission of documents by mail or through Drop-in boxes)

Take note of the Application Reference No. and quote it in case of enquiry.

Select "Print" to download and print the application summary for record.

Select "Download" to download and print out the Cover Letter, "Declaration Form" and "Checklist of Supporting Documents".

The online application is completed. Please submit the "Declaration Form" and supporting documents to the SFO by mail or through the SFO drop-in boxes by the specified deadline.
