After successful login to your existing “eWFSFAA” account, please select the corresponding scheme under the “Apply” Section of “Post-secondary and Tertiary Level” to access the “New Application(s)” page of “SFO E-link – My Applications”.

Read the General Notes carefully. Check the box of "I have read and agreed to be bound by the above statements." and select "Proceed" to start the application.

Select "For students pursuing a recognised publicly-funded full-time post-secondary programme (TSFS/NLSFT)".

Select "Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Full-time Tertiary Students (NLSFT)" and click "Proceed" to start the application.

You will be informed of the NLSFT (if any) entitlement simultaneously in the TSFS Notification of Result. However, if you wish to apply for and be offered with NLSFT loan earlier, you are required to submit a separate NLSFT application for processing.
