Workflow of submission of loan documents and supporting documents to SFO
Follow the Workflow to submit other required documents / information to SFO by mail or through drop-in boxes. Your application would only be further processed once the SFO has received your completed Application Summary with Declaration (Apart from applicants who have already signed the Declaration digitally via “iAM Smart+”), Undertaking, Deed of Indemnity and required documents / information.
To follow up on the processing of your application, please follow the instructions to prepare and submit the documents.
Prepare the supporting documents in accordance with the Checklist for Submission.
Receive the preliminary checking result from the Student Finance Office by mail.
After receiving the preliminary result, prepare duly completed and signed Application Summary with Declaration (Except applicants who have already signed the Declaration digitally via “iAM Smart+”), Undertaking and Deed of Indemnity.
Prepare the required document(s) / information according to the ENLS Guidance Notes and Checklist for Submission.
Submit ALL required document(s) / information to Student Finance Office by mail or through drop-in boxes.

Submit the documents by mail to Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency, 11/F Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices (CSWGOs),303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon (Attn. ENLS APU).
Submit the documents through drop-in boxes of Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency located on 11/F (during office hours) or G/F (outside office hours) of the Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon (Attn. ENLS APU).
